Pyunkang Yul Essence Toner is best known for its minimalistic ingredients as there’s only 7 ingredients in this. One of ingredients include Milk Vetch Root Extract, which gives the toner revitalising and reinvigorating properties.
This product is free from artificial fragrances, dyes, colours and parabens.

How to use
Use morning and night.
After cleansing, take a small amount of the Pyunkang Yul Essence toner and pat into the skin or use a cotton pad and gently wipe the skin. Gently pat the skin for better absorption. Repeat for extra hydration, then follow with your favourite Korean moisturiser.
